All players want to make sure that all the hard work that they put in during practice pays off when it comes to game time. For that to happen we need to make sure that we are players are going through the proper Pre Game warm up routine properly warm up the body, as well as getting our nervous system fired up so that we are alert and ready to play. Today we are going to go through a step by step process that takes the body from general to specific movements as well as medium intensity to high intensity to progressively get our body ready to play. Again there is nothing more sad than a player that spends all his time in the offseason working on his game, but has a terrible Pre Game warm up, that leaves him sloppy, tired and not ready to turn it into high gear!
