Founder and Director of Strive Fitness, Coach Will oversees all athletic programming at Strive to ensure results are delivered, and that clients are motivated, challenged and working out safely to push beyond their comfort zones.
Dom is the Facility and Operations Manager at Strive Fitness. Dom oversees the Continuing Education program for the Performance Coaches as well as manages operations of Strive Fitness.
Coming from a sports therapy background, Coach Stan believes sports is medicine. With an eye towards injury prevention and rehabilitation, Stan’s energetically mindful approach safely pushes his athletes to greater limits. Being able to incorporate sports therapy along with strength and conditioning gives Stan a unique perspective on being able to evaluate clients and design programs specifically for them.
Keith has the ability to bring high energy and passion to any client or athlete that he trains, which makes him a favourite amongst, group classes, youth and athletes. Having studied and worked in the sports therapy background, Keith is able to analyse movement patterns at a high level, allowing him to work with a wide range of clients. Having excelled on a wide range of sports such as basketball and rugby Keith is able to relate closely with almost any type of athlete no matter what their goal is.
One of the Senior Trainers at Strive Fitness, Coach Ryan oversees all Youth Athletic Training and Programming. Coach Ryan also heads up all Corporate Team Building Events and Activities and provides energetic personal training to a committed group of clients.
Both a Strive Coach and Athlete, Coach Sze Wa is part of the Hong Kong Women’s National Rugby 15. Tougher than your average trainer and able to train from a trainee’s, athlete’s, and coach’s perspective, Sze Wa knows how to motivate her clients to get the best out of them.
As a fitness group exercise instructor for over 12 years, Coach Enrica specialises in high energy group classes. Her expertise ranges from strength and conditioning to cardio and pilates to keep your heart rate pumping. Due to her vast experience working with different populations, it allows her to work with our youth athletes looking to perform better in their sport, all the way to the general population looking to improve their body composition.
