Strive Summer Holiday Camps are designed to keep your youngest ones active and healthy over the summer months, and help your older children focus on developing a solid foundation for excellence in their chosen sport(s).
We have 4 different week-long sessions throughout the summer months, with two different time-slots to cater to the different age groups.
Week 1 - July 2-6th
Week 2 - July 9-13th
Week 3 - August 6-10th
Week 4 - August 13-17th
For our youngest athletes, we focus on building a love for sports through games and teamwork. We help to build communication and leadership skills, as well, work on balance, eye-hand coordination, flexibility and multi-directional movement. Our camps for ages 6-12 years old runs from 9am - noon each day.
For your older athletes who are looking to make considerable advances in their chosen sport, our summer camps are designed to give them exposure to the key building blocks of elite athletic performance; including acceleration, multi-directional movement, explosive power, proper lifting techniques, flexibility and injury prevention. Our camps for ages 13-19 years old runs from 5-6:30pm each day.
