Starting April 8th, we will have a major change to our 7:00 pm class Monday to Friday. Instead of our normal "Total Body" or "Metabolic Class" we are creating an advanced athletes class called "Load and Explode". Due to the large population of athletes that we have always catered to, we have gotten more and more demand to do something at night that is more athletically driven. New participants will be required to purchase a personal training starter package as an "onboarding" into the program.
The program will focus largely on movement, speed, agility, explosiveness, power, strength and cardiovascular fitness.
