Make sure you sign your kids up for the youth Easter camp! This time we will run two 4-days camps:
Week 1: 15 - 18 April (please notice, Good Friday is off)
Week 2: 23 - 26 April (please notice, Easter Monday is off)
For all weeks, camp for 6 - 10 year olds runs from 9am - 12pm. Price: $500 per session or $1800 for the week.
Camp for 10-18 year olds runs from 5 pm - 6:30pm. Price is $350 per session or $1250 for the week.
Youth Play - the program is designed to get children active and develop a long term interest in health and fitness. Over the hour long session we use a variety of fun games and activities to enhance speed, agility, balance, coordination and gross motor skills. Through games and team activities, the children build confidence, leadership skills, and most importantly, have fun.
Youth Athletics is designed to introduce them to strength and conditioning training to enhance athletic performance. The work they do in the gym with us directly translates to results in their favorite sports. Whether they wish to improve their game or simply wish to get stronger and fitter, whilst minimizing the risk of injury, this is an excellent program for them.
