The Strive “Fitness Based Team Building Workshop” incorporates a good elements of team bonding, communication, critical thinking and of course physical fitness. We will have team members laughing and dripping in sweat at the same time. Using in house “Strive Method” of coaching as well as having a variety of the latest equipment, we are able to cater for almost all levels of fitness in large groups all at the same time.
