Unlike most circuit classes, our programs incorporate functional movements in 3 planes of motion in order to not only work up a good sweat but also make sure you are moving optimally. The circuit may be against the clock or task-based for reps, but each class is challenging, highly motivational, and a lot of fun!
The class finishes with a cardio blast to help increase your post-exercise metabolism.

Designed to work the body the way it was meant to be trained- in 3 Planes of Motion. We incorporate elements of HIIT, modified power lifts, and functional training in order to get the best of each field. The program is planned for a 3-week block to encourage you to track your progress. Resistance training is the most effective way to burn fat, increase muscle mass, improve body composition, increase bone density and strengthen your joints and muscles.
