About Natalie McKnight

Performance Coach Natalie McKnight fell in love with fitness in her late teens as a outlet for managing her own stress and anxiety.  With a consistent training program of running, cycling and weight training, she discovered that her moods became balanced and overall, her quality of life improved dramatically. 

 

Seeing such positive results in her personal wellbeing, she started an intense path of studying to help others experience similar growth.  Natalie’s coaching philosophy focuses on creating sustainable and holistic change, and she works hard to make sure that the mental, as well as the physical is in balance.  As a Performance Coach, she prioritizes the the importance of functional mobility to make everyday life easier and workouts more enjoyable. 

 

Currently also the In-house Nutrition Specilist at Strive, Natalie is passionate at helping clients understand that fueling their bodies is just as important as their workouts.  Her own hobbies include martial arts - muay thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, hiking, and yoga and movement work.
