Our Youth Athletics programme is for children aged 12-15 years old who want to improve their fitness, strength and athletic performance. Whether your teenager is playing a sport and wishes to enhance his/her skills to improve their game, or simply wishes to get stronger and fitter, this is an excellent programme designed to introduce them to strength and conditioning.
We will introduce them to resistance training and work with them to help them achieve their goals, whether that is fat loss, muscle gain, or athletic performance.
We are now training several Youth teams including Sandy Bay Rugby and Affinity Athletics.
